Our collaborative research with colleagues in the University of Tokyo, Tohoku University, and RIKEN reported the first observation of the time-resolved octupole oscillation in Mn3Sn, an antiferromagnetic Weyl semimetal. This study also demonstrates the ultra-fast (10 picoseconds) spin-flip rate Mn3Sn, paving the path toward realizing ultrafast electronic devices using topological antiferromagnets.
