The Trans-Scale Quantum Science (TSQS) Institute co-organized, with OIST and the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation, the inspiring international symposium focused on the connection between quantum materials and quantum information research. The symposium was held at the picturesque OIST Seaside House in Okinawa, providing an intellectually enriching and spiritually rewarding experience. In addition to the great talks and scientific discussions, we enjoyed a cultural excursion to the world heritage site Nakaji Castle and a unique banquet experience held inside Churaumi Aquarium, where we were treated to a lively performance of traditional Okinawa singing and dancing, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
