Joint work with Dr. Mingxing Wu (ex. RIKEN), Dr. Kouta Kondou (RIKEN), Prof. YoshiChika Otani (RIKEN, UTokyo), and collaborators on the current-drived high-speed domain wall motion in antiferromagnet Mn3Ge has been published in Nature Communications!
This result will lead to the realization of ultrafast and power-saving magnetic shift registers.
